What is Coaching?

Coaching is a PERSONALISED  and ongoing process that can support you on being in charge of your decisions, emotions and actions, so you can take full responsibility for the direction and outcomes of your life.

How does it work?

Coaching sessions are: private, 1:1, online, and last 55 minutes each.
Prior each session you will choose an issue you want to work on during the session.
At the end of each session you will have a concrete action plan to achieve your goals.

Coaching IS FOR YOU if you want to achieve sustainable change in your life.    
It requires the willingness to learn new things, to develop new strategies and a growth mindset.
